MICROSORBER® by Barrisol® is a system for improving acoustic comfort in public and private spaces using a transparent micro-perforated foil. MICROSORBER® is a particularly interesting asset for modern interior architecture, optimizing acoustics without modifying design, and promoting natural lighting.
Its translucent versions also allow you to finely modulate the degree of discretion of your private or public spaces, while letting light through.
As soon as sound waves strike the microperforated surface, a physical reaction takes place: sound energy is converted into energy through the friction arising at the hole edges reducing reverberation times and sound levels at the same time.
The MICROSORBER® by Barrisol® system offers a range of translucent finishes. Membranes are electrostatically neutral and UV resistant. The system can be installed on the ceilling but also on glass walls or facades. Being transparent, MICROSORBER system offer an acoustiq optimization while respecting the architecture of the surroundings.
